H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Municipality of Phnom Penh has paid a site visit of three markets (Psar Kandal, Psar Thmey and Psar Chas) that will be rehabilitated new infrastructure funded by Agence Française de Developpment (AFD).
