Mr. MANN CHHOEUN, Chief of Cabinet – Phnom Penh Municipality and representative of the Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, obtained 10 Tons of rice from Mr. SOK CHOMROEUN, General Manager of Phnom Penh Municipal Cable TV to the Phnom Penh City Hall for sponsoring to boat racing team for the upcoming of the Royal Boat Racing and Water Festival.
