The Poverty Reduction Project – CMB/01/009 of Municipality of Phnom Penh sponsored by DFID – UNDP celebrated distribution computer to CDMC of seven khans in Phnom Penh, which each khan get computer one set, presided over by H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality.
