The wrap-up meeting of steering committee 2ère for the project: Assistance à la Maîtrise d'ouvrage en gestion et développement des villes au Cambodge, chaired by H.E. CHEV KIM HENG on behalf of the Governor of Phnom Penh, H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA.

The objective of project is presented by Mr. Eric Huybrechts as:

1. To establish the vision of the development economic, social and spatial of Phnom Penh for the next fifteen years.

2. To help the definition of the important actions

3. To make a diagnosis of the financial situation of the city and the urban services

4. To propose some improvements to increase the financial resources of the Township

5. Model the network of sewer of the city

6. To bring up projects of rehabilitation of the network of sewer and drainage

7. To prepare a project of cooperation on the regional development for the secondary city development

8. To form the municipal settings and to equip the offices
