In the evening on July 04, 2003 at the City Hall has signed the Minutes of Meeting between Municipality of Phnom Penh and JICA Study Team preside H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Municipality of Phnom Penh and Mr. Junji ANAI, Team Leader of JICA Study Team on the Progress Report I of the Study on Solid Waste Management in the Municipality of Phnom Penh, technical assistance under the Office Development Assistance of Japan Government.
