H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Municipality of Phnom Penh presided at the Groundbreaking Ceremony for construction 700 meters of street 174, Sangkat Phsar Thmey III, Khan Duan Penh. The construction budget was $70.000 the Municipality of Phnom Penh and residents both contributed.
