H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Municipality of Phnom Penh has paid a visit to 106 households at Prek Toil Community in Phum Tnout Chroum, Sangkat Bourng Tompon, Khan Mean Chey and has provided them the Land Patents, follow up the Government Policy of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
