H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Municipality of Phnom Penh  paid a visit to 5,854 people among 1,465 households at Dey Krohorm (red land) Community, Sangkat Tonle Basac, Khan Chamcar Mon and  presented them the Land Patents, follow up the Government Policy of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
