H.E. SAR KHENG, Acting Prime Minister Royal Government of Cambodia Accompanies by H.E. KEP CHUKTEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, and City hall official have delivered the annual year end report and presided over the Promotions and Awards Ceremony for City Officials. The Year End Report, reviewed all city departments, the accomplishment, goals, and on going projects.

113 city officials and employees received promotion and awards. 24 Gold, 42 Silver, and 56 Bronze medal awards were given by H.E. SAR KHENG ,and H.E KEP CHUKTEMA for recognition of outstanding service to the city and people of Phnom Penh.
