H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, honorary presided over the Ground Breaking Ceremony of the third wing of the Sihanouk Hospital (Center of HOPE) donated by Mr. Toshu Fukami. This building will be used to provide high quality medical care free of charge to the needy in Cambodia and to teach and train Cambodian medical professionals to an international standard of health care. The building will consist of a ground floor, which will be the house of Medical Records and hospital engineering departments and a room for physical therapy. The first floor will consist of two sections such as library and telemedicine room.
