H.E. CHEV KIM HENG, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, honorary presided over the Delivery and Reception Ceremony of 45 computers donated by SIF in the project of donation 100 computers to six schools in Phnom Penh. Those 45 computers are in the first phase of delivery which is going to deliver 20 sets to Bak Touk High School and 20 sets to Boueng Trabek high school and other 5 sets to Beoung Keng Kang high school. The second phase of delivery will be on June 2004 of another 80 computers to Preah Shisowath, Wat Koh, Boeng Keng Kang and Chhbar Am Pov High Schools. Singaporean delegations leaded by Mr. Mathew T. Mathew, chairman of SIF and volunteer students have provided the computer training course for capacity building to 20 teachers of six high schools for continuous teaching high school students. At this time, the computer training course closing ceremony is celebrated too.
