H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Municipality of Phnom Penh representative of H.E. Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister, accompanied by Mr. Stephen Bridges, Ambassador of British Embassy preside over the opening ceremony: Capacity Building on Vocational Training for Poor and Vulnerable Children in Non-formal Education Program. The capacity building has the main objective to improve personal skill such as sewing, hair decoration and Information Technology for 427 children from three communities.
