IM CHHUN LIM, Minister of Ministry Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, chaired the Opening Ceremony, and participated by Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and officials, for the training course of System Practically Land Registration. This course will take place for two days, August 18-19 for the administrative officials of Khan Russey Keo.
