Mr. Takeshi Fukushima, the representative of Lion Club Japan and his colleagues paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality to present his result of Health Center construction visit. It is donated by Lion Club Japan to people in Sro Em Village, Cham Ksan District, Preah Vihea Province. He has also asked the Governor a permission to hold an opening ceremony on September 22, 2003.
