The Establishment of 3,000 m Tonlé Sap East Embankment, Road and Park starting from the Japan-Cambodia Friendship Bridge to Sokha Hotel located in Chroy Chang Va Commune, Russey Keo District
This public garden located on a 5,500m2, a triangle land shape, the previous parking space of NAGA ship, recently a ferry port for Phnom Penh - Ary Ksat. The Capital Hall had turned this location to be a modern public garden.

International Cooperation

This would become the 3rd priority project which selected from the master plan studied in 1999 and was accordingly modified based on the actual situation aiming in mitigating storm water flood in the area of Khan Chamcar Morn and part of Khan 7 Makara and Khan Daun Penh by installing main drainage pipes in order to drain rapidly storm water to Boeng Trabek Retention Pond.
